Grapes variety:

Garganega 30%, Serprina 30%, italic Tocai 20%, Pinot 20%.

Cultivation system, “a Cappuccina”, or arched cane; 10-year-old vineyard.

Grape-harvest period:

First days of September, through a grape-harvest in crates.

Winemaking process:

It is carried out with a soft destemming/crushing process, defecation through enzymes and cryomaceration

at controlled temperature of 10-15°C for 12-15 hours.

Aging/Refining:

Fermentation in stainless steel containers at law temperature. A two-month refining process in bottle.

Malolactic fermentation not carried out.

Colour:

Light straw yellow.

Aroma:

A pleasant and delicate wine’s aroma.

Taste:

It is dry, delicate and of full body on the palate.

Alcoholic content:

12%.

Serving temperature:

12 °C.

Food suggestions:

This wine is perfect for appetisers, soups and fish in general; it is therefore excellent with cheeses and

fresh pasta.
